Illegal recruiter from New Zealand, facing charges

A New Zealande recruiter is facing charges of illegal recruitment and estafa in the Manila Regional Trial Court.

Florida Brown, of DSB International Travel Consultant Management Services, is facing charges of large-scale illegal recruitment and seven counts of estafa (fraud) in the Manila Regional Trial Court.
