69,200 New Canadian Jobs Generated, A Big Reason for Job Seekers to be Optimistic

Sunday, February 6, 2011

Job seekers in Canada got a reason to smile about. In a recent AP report, Canada was able to generate 69, 200 new jobs in January alone.

Others are skeptical about the numbers but the job data numbers are on the uptrend for the past three months. While a healthy skepticism isn't necessarily bad, I think that it is always better to be optimistic. Like looking at this breakdown of the Canadian job numbers for January.

This sure is a sign that Canada is moving to recovery from the global financial crisis faster than US and other G7 nations.

The increase in Canadian jobs generated means more opportunities out there and can certaily boost the morale of job seekers in Canada.
